Financial Analyst (1 year extensions - contract assignment)

Overview: The Financial Analyst will join a team of others and is responsible for providing financial support including reporting and oversight in support of all integration goals related to a recent acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Support the project initiation process across integration work-streams including:
  • Coordinate project review meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment to funding model
  • Review projects for reasonableness and completeness
  • Facilitate timely approval of project demand and communicate to work-streams
  • Ensure project setup and alignment to funding and benefit realization in Amplify
  • Administer Synergy reporting and tracking in Program and Benefit Management reporting tool (Amplify) to facilitate monitoring program execution to target
  • Assist with preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting for the Program
  • Contribute to program reporting for different stakeholders including work-stream status reporting, Steering Committee, and Board of Directors reporting
  • Develop headcount tracking and reporting for Integration Programs
  • Interact with work-stream leads and program managers / project leads

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required, Masters degree a plus
  • 5-7 years experience in Financial Analysis and Management Financial Reporting
  • Proficient experience in financial modeling
