Service Now Analyst

Position Overview: Our team is hiring for a Service Now Analyst who can support new data-centric solutions across the company enterprise and collaborate and work alongside the Product Owner.

This is an excellent opportunity for person to grow and provide tactical and strategic analytic solutions across the organization as this person will facilitate the translation of business requirements into solutions that deliver business insights via the conversion of data into actionable information.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regularly analyze data, providing insights to solve real-world business problems, interpreting and reporting results of the analysis to stakeholders in leadership, and functional teams.
• Work with business sponsors to develop information and data requirements based on departmental business reporting and Service Now reporting needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum BS/BA Degree, preferably in a Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics related discipline.
  • 2+ years of data analytics experience with a proven history of successfully, developing and deploying ServiceNow data and analytic solutions.
