TPA is looking for a Sourcing Contracts Manager for a North Dallas firm. If you have experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, sourcing and vendor management, this is a great DIRECT HIRE role for you.

 

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • 5 – 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Sourcing experience a plus

 

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Proven ability to interpret complex policies and legal language and effectively communicate to internal parties
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships
  • Strong human relations skills and ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) with managers, internal clients, vendors, colleagues and support staff
  • Demonstrates proactivity and takes ownership of daily responsibilities and projects
  • Effective organizational skills in a multitasked environment
  • Extremely responsive and customer-focused; appropriate follow-up and follow-through vendor management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend courses of action
  • Commitment to superior quality and accuracy
