POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for a wide variety of analytical and administrative activities within the department. Activities typically consist of well defined, system support tasks that are performed independently as well as projects of increased complexity completed under close supervision. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as primary point of contact for Rapid Response related inquiries from the Supply Chain Planning team (Data management)
  • Investigate application requests and discuss business requirements with users while developing process flows/diagrams
  • Create testing documentation to support UAT and other key testing events
  • Troubleshoot and drive resolution of system related issues as they arise (Bug/Fix)
  • Manage setups in Rapid Response in support of business continuity (Baseline work)
  • Coordinate with OPM administrator to resolve sourcing related issues (Oracle Process Manufacturing)
  • Drive resolution of Data Integrity flags by collaborating with Planners and OPM administrator
  • Provide technical support for what-if analysis and support ad hoc reporting
  • Create and revise training documents as needed
  • Timely loading of actuals/sales in RR/OPM to align with organizational requirements
  • Support timely loading of forecast into the system to align with established milestones (S&OP work)
  • Collaborate with OPM administrator to ensure Supply Chain Systems synergies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Possesses ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
  • Detail oriented
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to assist in the execution of projects of diverse scope and complexity
  • Experience with applicable software systems a plus (e.g., Rapid Response, Oracle)

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE LEVELS:

  • B.S. degree (or equivalent experience) and 2-4 years work experience
  • A.A./A.S and 2-4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
