.NET Backend Lead Developer

TPA Technologies is looking for an experienced  Lead .NET Backend Developer to join one of our product development teams.

Responsibilities

As a Lead, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the design and development of product functions and features
• Lead sprint planning and estimation activities
• Write high quality C# code to add features and functionality to the product
• Write effective APIs to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Design and Implement Micro Services
• Create security and data protection settings
• Review pull requests and ensure high code quality
• Integrate with third party systems via services and APIs
• Train, coach, and supervise junior developers

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• 7 year(s) with at least 5 years of .NET development experience and at least 3 years of SQL experience. ? Utilizing established development tools, guidelines, and conventions to create software solutions using technologies such as; ASP, .NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, Java, C#, JQuery, and Entity Framework ? Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and principles and the agile programming methodology Understanding of the software development life-cycle.
• Utilizing .NET MVC and Entity Framework Development and Design, Microsoft SQL Development Design and reviewing of the enterprise scale applications;
• Experience with Azure DevOps and GIT
• Working in an Agile process, planning work daily, resolving development blockers, and escalating issues appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Degree
• Experience connecting to third party systems via API
• Experience with Microservices
• Experience with Azure PaaS components
• Financial Services or Finance experience
