Job Description

Join Our Team as a Senior Full Stack Developer (SSO/IAM) – Drive Secure Access Innovations!

Are you a passionate developer with expertise in building secure, scalable authentication solutions? We’re seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer specialized in Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to help shape the future of secure client solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working on critical projects that enhance the security and usability of innovative financial products.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with global teams, including product and tech leads based in Galway, Ireland, to develop and implement cutting-edge access solutions for our Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) platform. As a key contributor, you’ll build and optimize secure access systems, utilizing your full stack expertise in Angular, Node.js, React, Java, Postgres, SQL, AWS, and APIs. Whether working remotely or onsite in MMK or SMT (RI), you’ll have the flexibility to contribute in a fast-paced, evolving environment, helping us meet our long-term goals.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience developing full stack applications using Angular, React, and Node.js
  • Solid proficiency in Java and SQL/PostgreSQL database management
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Strong understanding of SSO and IAM security protocols
  • Ability to develop and consume APIs securely and efficiently
  • Proven track record of building scalable, secure authentication and access management solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Prior experience working with financial services or SMA products
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience, with a focus on security and access control

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite presence; flexibility for travel as needed
  • Eligibility to work in the US (W2 visa preferred)
  • Open to candidates from other locations, especially those with relevant experience and the ability to ramp up quickly

Dan is focused on the overall success of TPA by applying his core principles of Attitude, Personal Accountability, Perseverance, and Habits. All departments report into Dan and are working toward the overall improvement and growth of the organization. “We have to focus on providing an amazing experience and value to all of our clients and consultants.”

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry working across all areas of staffing including technology, biotech, life sciences, finance & accounting as well as general. He has held roles from Director of Finance to CFO as well as EVP and President.

Dan graduated from Assumption University with a BS in Accounting and received his master’s in accounting from Bentley University. Dan is an avid golfer and family man.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Sam served in the British Military for nearly 19 years, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork before being medically retired.

One of Tony’s favorite sayings echoes that idea, “TPA is big enough to change and small enough to change”.
