Sr. Systems Analyst – SSO/IAM (Remote / Onsite Flexibility)

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Systems Analyst specializing in SSO and IAM systems to play a vital role in testing and implementing secure access solutions for advanced financial products. The successful candidate will collaborate with teams across global locations, and possess the expertise to develop, test, and optimize identity and access management frameworks. If you excel in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working remotely with occasional onsite engagement, and have a knack for automation testing, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with SSO and IAM solutions, particularly in secure access testing
  • Strong software engineering background with expertise in automation testing
  • Proficiency in Serenity, Cucumber, Karate, RestAssured, and SQL scripting
  • Hands-on experience building automation test scripts from scratch
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as Angular, Node.js, React, and Java
  • Knowledge of databases including PostgreSQL and other SQL databases
  • Experience working in cloud environments, ideally with AWS and API integration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex access issues
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across international teams

Nice to Have Skills

  • Previous experience with financial or asset management products, specifically SMA (Separately Managed Accounts)
  • Understanding of secure access testing in banking or financial services sectors
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and security standards relevant to financial data
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Background in coding with additional programming languages is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, security testing, or IAM/Security roles
  • Prior experience working with-in similar financial institutions
  • Proven track record of leading or supporting IAM/Security initiatives in enterprise environments

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely with flexibility for occasional onsite visits
  • Clearance or ability to obtain necessary security certifications (if applicable)

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry working across all areas of staffing including technology, biotech, life sciences, finance & accounting as well as general. He has held roles from Director of Finance to CFO as well as EVP and President.

Dan graduated from Assumption University with a BS in Accounting and received his master’s in accounting from Bentley University. Dan is an avid golfer and family man.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Sam served in the British Military for nearly 19 years, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork before being medically retired.
