Join Our Team as a SWET Full Stack Testing Specialist - SSO/IAM Focus

Are you a passionate testing professional with a knack for security and identity management? We’re seeking a highly skilled SWET Full Stack Testing expert specializing in SSO and IAM systems to play a critical role in safeguarding digital access for leading financial organizations. This long-term opportunity offers flexibility in work location, a collaborative environment, and the chance to impact cutting-edge security solutions that matter.

In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive test strategies for secure access solutions, working closely with global teams to ensure seamless and robust user authentication experiences. Your expertise will help shape innovative security frameworks essential for top-tier financial products and services.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience with SSO and IAM solutions, especially in secure access testing
  • Strong background in automation testing and software engineering principles
  • Hands-on experience with Serenity, Cucumber, Karate, RestAssured, and SQL scripting
  • Ability to write automation test scripts from scratch
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as Angular, Node.js, React, and Java
  • Proficiency with databases including PostgreSQL and other SQL variants
  • Experience working in cloud environments, ideally AWS, with API integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex access issues
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across international teams

Nice to Have Skills

  • Prior experience with financial or asset management products, particularly SMA (Separately Managed Accounts)
  • Understanding of banking or financial services security standards and regulations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Additional programming language skills

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, security testing, or IAM/security roles
  • Proven track record supporting or leading IAM/security initiatives within financial institutions

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely with flexible onsite attendance as needed
  • Security clearance or ability to obtain necessary security certifications (where applicable)

Dan has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry working across all areas of staffing including technology, biotech, life sciences, finance & accounting as well as general. He has held roles from Director of Finance to CFO as well as EVP and President.

Dan graduated from Assumption University with a BS in Accounting and received his master’s in accounting from Bentley University. Dan is an avid golfer and family man.

Before transitioning into the private sector, Sam served in the British Military for nearly 19 years, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and teamwork before being medically retired.

After spending over 30 years in the IT services industry and holding positions from sourcer to senior VP,  Tony had a vision to start a firm that combined the qualities he admired of both the large and small agencies he worked for.  TPA technologies was born from best practices that make large firms successful with the family feel and employee centric attitude of smaller firms.  

One of Tony’s favorite sayings echoes that idea, “TPA is big enough to change and small enough to change”.
