We’re seeking a motivated Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in a large-scale SharePoint retention and migration project for Sun Life. In this role, you will support the SharePoint Migration Program by managing deliverables, running reports, validating retention requirements, and facilitating seamless communication across teams. Your expertise will help ensure compliance and successful migration of thousands of SharePoint sites, with an accelerated timeline that demands precision, proactivity, and teamwork.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, automated reporting, macros, and workbook validation
- Basic SharePoint administration and user management knowledge
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Capable of following guidance from leadership and team members
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint site structures and migration processes
- Prior involvement in large-scale compliance or retention projects
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 1 year of professional experience supporting IT or SharePoint projects

- Ability to commit to a 12-18 month project timeline with potential for extension or FTE opportunity
