- Establish, build and lead a VMS practice for existing IT staffing firm.
- Identify candidates for fortune 500 firms meeting metrics established by VMS for submittals/hires.
- Mentor, train, develop staff and internal process.
- Manage and control candidate submittal process for clients and direct recruiting efforts of team.
- VMS experience.
- Proven ability to build, run and grow a VMS Team.
- Be a leader motivated by results and high earning potential.
