The business systems analyst provides is an integral part of the Finance business system team that enables technology solutions that meet the business needs. The position bridges the gap between finance business stakeholders and IT. This role serves as the primary point person accountable for execution of each stakeholder’s strategic imperatives involving technology.

Responsibilities will include the following:
•Gathers requirements for system and process enhancements
•Write detailed requirement documents containing program functions, user interfaces, reports, and other output.   
•Participate in Team Projects and help define stories to follow agile methodology
•Defines test cases and coordinate user participation in final testing phases
•Investigate and correct financial system errors
•Develop test plans, executes scripts, and looks for any failures in the scenarios in our financial systems.
•Support Worldwide Finance groups ,Interact closely with the Information Technology organization.
•Ensure all enhancements to systems maintain an effective with internal controls environment  

Required Qualifications:
•Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
•Finance domain knowledge is good to have
•Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during elicitation and analysis and to cope with rapidly changing information
•An understanding of contemporary requirements elicitation, analysis, specification & verification
•Working knowledge of Finance functions; 2-4 years of business experience
•Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize workload
•Problem solving skills
•Strong analytical thought process
•Excellent oral and written skills
•Team project participation
•Oracle applications helpful; EBS
•Microsoft Office Suite – (excel, word, etc.)
•Toad for Oracle is an plus

Preferred Qualifications:
•At least 2-4 years within Finance Systems or Information Technology delivery organizations
•Proven track record of managing IT/business relationship
• At least 4- 6 years of Oracle E-Business Suite ERP AR,AP ,GL  and Tax implementation experience strongly preferred
•Background in high tech or software industry is preferred
•Proven ability to translate business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities
•Ability to work with a cross-functional matrix organization to initiative to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Information systems or commensurate work experience preferred
•Individuals in this role must be able to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
•Ability to work closely with others on intangible issues across organizational and business-entity boundaries.
