Job Overview: Reporting to the Head of Client Service Management -  the Technical Writer is responsible for producing / revising high-quality Policies and Procedures and other critical project documentation to support the growth of global functions for critical data management product.


  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the operational policies and procedures
  • Inventory and document the platform/product documentation requirements
  • Analyze existing content, identify content gaps and focus on reuse opportunities
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications and user guides, reference guides and supporting documents as well as help end user configure their system and user settings


  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and operations concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
