Recruiter - Boston
TPA technologies is looking for multiple Recruiters for Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting IT talent in a fast paced environment
- Develop recruiting strategies designed to quickly identify qualified candidates
- Evaluate candidate’s strengths by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates for potential Consulting opportunities
- Negotiate rates and other terms of employment with candidates, gain commitment for current and future job requirements
- Complete pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests
- Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive team environment
- Communicate with peers by sharing best practices
- Maintain contacts by providing customer service obtaining referrals and sales leads
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, we will consider work experience
- Minimum of 1+ years of successful recruiting experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals
- Experience in staffing or contingent workforce augmentation, direct-hire placement
- Availability to work before / after typical office hours as required
- Self-motivation, discipline, competitive nature, individual with A type personality
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Good judgment and discretion to accomplish assigned goals and work requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer
